A snowshoe hike dedicated to the taste and the flavours of the Cimbrian tradition with an aperitif served at Malga Millegrobbe around a magnificent brazier.

Malga Millegrobbe proposes a food and wine snowshoe hike to celebrate all the frenzied people of Inferno Snow. A night trek illuminated by the warm light of the torches, the right side dish to taste the typical dishes that will be offered such as: goulash, dumplings, Vin Brûlé and much more of the traditional Trentino cuisine.

Meeting point and start of the aperitif at Malga Millegrobbe at 5.30 p.m.

The classic snowshoe hike will begin with an aperitif at Malga Millegrobbe around a magnificent brazier, with platters of cold cuts and typical cheeses accompanied by polenta and Vezzena fondue.
The riot of flavours will give you the right energy to set off, with snowshoes on your feet, along the 6 km itinerary illuminated by the moon and our torches. Halfway along the route at Forte Lusèrn there will be a warm Cimbrian bonfire around which goulash Trentina style will be served with the traditional potato polenta, the inimitable "pult". Once back at Malga Millegrobbe, Vin Brûlé and strudel for everyone.
