We are devilishly excited to announce an explosive partnership for INFERNO MUD 2025! Joining us on this adventure will be Ginnastica Dinamica Militare Italiana (GDMI), a training method inspired by military physical preparation but accessible to everyone, which aims to improve strength, endurance, and discipline.

Ginnastica Dinamica Militare Italiana won't just be an honored guest, but our official warm-up partner!
On Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, their instructors will lead the starting of the INFERNO to best prepare everyone launching into the mud, among obstacles and new challenges.
Throughout the event, you'll find the GDMI stand at the INFERNO village, where you can discover more about this discipline and how it can transform your training. And for GDMI members, we have a special surprise: on Saturday afternoon, there will be a starting pit exclusively dedicated to them!
Get ready for an INFERNO that will test you like never before.

Born in 2013 from an innovative idea by Matteo Sainaghi and Mara Uggeri, GDMI has become a phenomenon in the Italian sports scene, boasting over 60,000 members and around 500 centers throughout the country. Its exponential growth has led to it being recognized and promoted by CONI, through the C.S.I., as a sport in its own right.
GDMI stands out for its revolutionary training philosophy, which contrasts with modern fitness based on machines and comfort. Its method is based on three core principles, also found in the Inferno obstacle races:
-
Bodyweight Exercises: Total absence of machines for a harmonious and functional development of all muscles, improving balance and preventing muscle over-toning.
-
Lack of Comfort: The activity is aimed at developing adaptation skills, with precise instructions given in a command-like form to overcome the psychological and cultural barriers related to a sedentary lifestyle.
-
Absence of Individual Competition: The focus is on group cohesion. If an individual doesn't complete an exercise, the entire group repeats it, strengthening the bond and mutual support according to a scientifically proven methodology.
The presence of Ginnastica Dinamica Militare Italiana at Inferno Mud 2025 will be crucial: some of their instructors will lead the warm-up for the starting waves of each race category, ensuring every athlete is physically and mentally ready to face the challenge.
A further sign of this synergy will be the personalized GDMI starting wave dedicated to them on Saturday, a moment to celebrate the GDMI philosophy and their impact on the fitness world, even at Inferno!
