We believe in sport and are aware of the current emergency, which is why we feel it is our duty to protect our members from the possibility of an event being cancelled due to national or regional regulations.
We are already on our third event organised during this health emergency by Covid-19.
Both in October 2020 for INFERNO MUD in Figline Valdarno and for INFERNO SNOW in Alpe Cimbra, held on 13 March 2021, we have adapted the management and logistics of each event according to the current anti-contagious protocols.
In spite of this, and given the often fast changing health situation, we want to offer all our athletes and participants the maximum guarantee and ensure a full refund of the ticket should national and local regulations not allow it to take place.
This applies to both the ALP and MUD stages. As it is a change for the better for registered participants it will be applied retroactively to all those who are already registered.
This guarantee can also be found in the Inferno 2021 regulations (see Apr 2021).
In the event of cancellation of the event due to the epidemiological and health emergency from Covid-19, members will be granted a voucher to register for an event in the following 12 months or, at their option, a 100% refund of the amount paid net of payment processing fees on the platform used.
In accordance with the regulations, the refund does not apply if the participant does not participate. In this case no refund will be given.
It does not apply to those who have used a voucher or coupon, in which case a further voucher or coupon will be issued.
